Carpio had earlier <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/08/29/17/desperate-rumor-duterte-son-in-law-explains-customs-visit">explained</a> he had clients with transactions at the BOC. &quot;Kami hong mga abogado, lawyering is lawyering. But majority senators, the panel chair Sen.
