<p>MAYNILA - Nasa plenaryo na ng Senado ang panukalang batas na magbibigay proteksyon sa mga delivery riders at drivers na minsan ay naloloko dahil sa &quot;no show&quot; na mga customers.</p><p>Si Senate Committee on Trade, Commerce and Entrepreneurship Chairman Senator Aquilino &quot;Koko&quot; Pimentel III ang sponsor ng panukala.</p><p>Bibigyang proteksyon ng Senate Bill 2302 ang mga nasa food, grocery at pharmacy delivery services. </p><p>&quot;If this bill is passed into law, that arrangement of the driver or rider advancing the money in order to fulfill an online order shall no longer be allowed. It is the online delivery service application provider who is in business and the delivery driver or rider is just an agent.
