1 dead as another blast rocks Sultan Kudarat town

<figure class="op-interactive"><iframe height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/uRcjWWwJZak?enablejsapi=1" width="560"></iframe></figure><div class="iwantbar">Watch more in <a href="//www.iwantv.com.ph/">iWantv</a> or <a href="//tfc.tv/">TFC.tv</a></div><p>MANILA -- <strong>(4th UPDATE)</strong> A man was killed while at least 13 more people were wounded in another blast in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, the town&#x27;s mayor said on Sunday night.</p><p>Isulan Mayor Maritess Pallasigue said the blast happened inside a computer shop in Barangay Kalawag 2 at around 7:30 p.m. </p><p>An 18-year-old man died on the spot, while five other victims were severely wounded.</p><p>Most of the victims are aged 15 to 19 years old.</p><p>Sixth Infantry Division Commander Brig. Gen. Cirilito Sobejana said Isulan has been placed under a lock down since there is a possibility the one responsible for the explosion is still inside the vicinity of the town.</p><p>Philippine National Police chief Director General Oscar Albayalde condemned the attack.</p><p>&quot;We are saddened by the casualties brought about by this cowardly act perpetrated by people hell bent on their nefarious goals without regard for the lives of civilians,&quot; he said in a statement.</p><blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p dir="ltr" lang="tl">BASAHIN: Pahayag ni PNP Chief D/Gen.
