The group also warned of <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/09/03/16/abu-sayyaf-owns-up-to-davao-blast-warns-of-more-attacks">more attacks</a>.</p><p>The Abu Sayyaf, known internationally for kidnap for ransom sprees that target foreigners, recently pledged allegiance to IS.</p>
