They were not properly recorded,&quot; Faeldon told Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon, who was justice secretary at the time Sanchez was being tried.Asked if Sanchez could be considered a good prisoner based on his prison record, Faeldon said: If you only look at the records, that [is what] appears to be but there are other references.&quot;&quot;Either there was corruption or there was negligence because it is obvious that there was a lot of violation,&quot; Drilon said.Faeldon said he only saw Sanchez&#x27;s violations through &quot;reports I saw on television.&quot;&quot;Those are the reasons why I stopped it because I looked for them and they were not there.
