Persida Rueda-Acosta said their witness saw the events that led to the deaths of Arnaiz and De Guzman.&quot;Positively identified ho niya kung ano &#x27;yung nangyari, &#x27;yung aktuwal na pagpatay. At kung.. may kasama dalawa yang dala ng pulis doon,&quot; she told radio DZMM.Arnaiz, 19, and De Guzman, 14, both left their respective houses in Cainta, Rizal last August 17 to buy midnight snacks. They never made it home and went missing for days.The <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/09/03/17/pao-dating-up-student-tinorture-bago-pinatay-ng-caloocan-police">body of Arnaiz</a>, accused by cops of robbing a taxi, was found 10 days later in Caloocan while the <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/09/06/17/tadtad-ng-saksak-14-yr-old-companion-of-slain-teen-also-found-dead">body of De Guzman</a> was allegedly found on Sept. 6 in a creek in Nueva Ecija.On Monday, the Philippine National Police released DNA test results saying the cadaver found in Nueva Ecija is not De Guzman, despite the parents identifying the teen&#x27;s face and other identifying marks.Acosta questioned why the PNP had to do a DNA test when the parents did not even ask for one. She also questioned how the results came out in less than a week.&quot;Ilegal nga ho ang pagkuha nila ng DNA.
