Trillanes to post bail, says lawyer

After this I will proceed to post bail.)The Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 150 set Trillanes&#x27; bail at P200,000.In its resolution, the court granted the Department of Justice&#x27;s request for a warrant of arrest and HDO against Trillanes after President Rodrigo Duterte <a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/09/04/18/trillanes-amnesty-revoked-senator-faces-charges-arrest">voided</a> Trillanes&#x27; amnesty that former President Benigno Aquino III had granted him in 2011. ​In nullifying the amnesty, Duterte cited Trillanes&#x27; alleged failure to file an application form and express guilt for his role in the 2007 siege and the 2003 mutiny at the Oakwood Premier luxury hotel in Makati City. Trillanes has asserted that he followed proper procedure in applying for and securing amnesty.
