James Acod, Tuba’s police chief. Acod also said boulders toppled an electric post. The Department of Public Works and Highways in Cordillera is still waiting for the soil to stabilize before beginning clearing operations.The public is advised to take the Naguilian Road or the Asin-Nangalisan-San Pascual Road when going to or exiting Baguio City.Kennon Road is still closed to traffic due to rain-induced landslides.
