<p>MANILA — Hiningi ni Sen. Raffy Tulfo ngayong Miyerkoles na kasuhan ng pamahaalaan ang local at foreign recruitment agencies ng isang domestic helper na inabuso umano at namatay sa Saudi Arabia. </p><p>Ayon kay Tulfo na chairperson ng Senate Committee on Migrant Workers, napag-alamang sinasaktan ng recruiter ang OFW na si Jovelyn Tang Andres. </p><p>Hinaluan din umano ng gamot ang pagkain at inumin ni Andres hanggang malaglag ang kaniyang dinadalang sanggol, bago siya ipinasa sa ibang amo at namatay. </p><ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/09/15/22/saudi-needs-more-construction-workers-dmw">Saudi needs more construction workers: DMW</a></li>	<li><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/09/26/22/temporary-foreign-workers-rights-tackled-in-calgary-assembly">PH officials in Calgary host assembly on temporary foreign workers&#x27; rights</a></li></ul><p>Nais ni Tulfo na sampahan ng kasong kriminal ang mga Saudi Arabian na may-ari ng Manabe foreign recruitment agency, ang local recruitment agency na Gulf Synergy Employment Inc., at ang isang babaeng nag-recruit umano kay Andres.</p><p>Inamin naman ni Arnulfo Babiera, presidente ng Gulf Synergy, ang pagkukulang sa pag-monitor sa lagay ni Andres at nagpaumanhin sa pamilya ng OFW sa sinapit nito.</p><p>Kahit may welfare officer ang kumpanya, wala umanong nakarating na ulat kay Barbiera ukol kay Andres mula sa Manabe, na hindi rin umano sumasagot sa mga email.<br/> <br/>Ngunit ani Tulfo, &quot;Are you stupid or just trying to be stupid? ...Hindi mo alam, ngayon mo lang nalaman?
