Sherwin Rigor of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.</p><p>Workers must also not exceed 15,000 per day to be able to maintain the 55,000 carrying capacity of Boracay, Rigor told ANC&#x27;s Headstart.</p><p>Hotels will also be limited to at least 6,000 rooms, with 3 people each, he said.
