Ayon sa doktor, may nangyaring pagdurugo sa utak ng kaniyang anak, sabi ni Minggoy.Inaasikaso na rin nila ang pagpapa-autopsy sa estudyante.&quot;Sa ngayon nilalakad na po namin kasi wala kaming pang-downpayment sa autopsy,&quot; aniya. Nakipag-ugnayan na rin aniya ang Department of Education matapos ang umano&#x27;y pananampal ng guro. Depensa naman teacher sa mga pulis, hindi niya sinampal ang bata kundi tinapik lang ang pisngi. Inihahanda na rin ng Antipolo Police ang mga reklamong homicide at paglabag sa RA 7610 o Anti-Child Abuse Law laban sa guro. Nagtungo rin sa paaralan ang magulang ng estudyante para kausapin ang nasabing teacher pero hindi ito napaunlakan.“Ang gusto niya is makausap ‘yung subject teacher na nakapanakit sa anak niya pero ang nakausap ay adviser. Hinihintay na makausap pero hindi po nangyari,” ani PEMS Divina Rafael, hepe ng Women and Children Protection Desk ng Antipolo City Police Station.<div>DEPED MAG-IIMBESTIGA </div>Sinabi naman ng Department of Education (DepEd) na bineberipika na nila ang insidente. Pumunta na ang Schools Division Office ng Antipolo City sa Peñafrancia Elementary School para alamin ang nangyari. Ipapadala ang impormasyon na ito sa central at regional office ng DepEd. “We went to the school to verify and gather the documents to be submitted to the Regional Office as a protocol on the guidelines on child protection cases,&quot; sabi ng abugadong si Kelvin Matib, ang Child Protection Specialist ng Antipolo City Schools Division Office. &quot;Magsa-submit po kami ng intake sheet and incident report to the Regional Office for appropriate action,” dagdag niya. Sabi ni Matib, papangunahan ang imbestigasyon ng isang fact-finding investigation committee na bubuuin ng 3 hanggang 5 indibidwal. Nangako naman siya na hahawakan nang maayos ang kaso base sa Child Protection Policy ng DepEd. “After fact-finding investigation, the disciplining authority can either issue a formal charge if there is a prima facie case,&quot; aniya. &quot;If there is a prima facie case, there will be a formal investigation, that is when you provide an opportunity for the teacher to explain and be heard,” dagdag niya.<div>City Schools Division Office, umaksyon na rin</div>Sa hiwalay na pahayag, sinabi ng City Schools Division Office ng Antipolo na na nagtalaga ng alternate educator ang principal ng Peñafrancia Elementary School kapalit ng gurong iniimbestigahan.Nagbuo na rin daw ng team ng mga guidance counselor, youth formation development coordinator at child protection specialists para bigyan ng debriefing ang mga guro at mag-aaral sa nasabing paaralan. Ang team na ito ay tutulong din sa mga interbensyon tulad ng pagbibigay muli ng oryentasyon sa child protection policy sa paaralan.&quot;We are saddened by the death of our dear learner and we express our deepest condolences and prayers to the bereaved family,&quot; banggit din ng dibisyon.Samantala, nagpahatid naman ng pakikiramay at tulong ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) sa pamilya ng nasawing estudyante. Kasama sa tulong na ibibigay sa pamilya ang financial assistance sa hospital at funeral expenses. “We will closely coordinate with the authorities and concerned agencies to ensure the welfare of the bereaved family,” ayon kay DSWD spokesperson Romel Lopez.

Nasawi ang 14-anyos na estudyante makaraang sampalin umano ng kanyang guro sa Peñafrancia Elementary School sa Antipolo City nitong Lunes ng umaga.
