Antonio Trillanes IV said he will not drop the <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/09/22/17/trillanes-sues-uson-for-spreading-news-on-alleged-bank-accounts">cases</a> he filed against Communications Assistant Secretary Margaux &quot;Mocha&quot; Uson.&quot;While I appreciate the friendly gesture of Ms. Mocha Uson to have a photo taken with me, it doesn&#x27;t change the fact that, as a senior public official, committed criminal offenses that warranted the filing of multiple cases. The senator filed 3 libel cases against Uson for alleged violation of the Cybercrime Prevention Act, and graft charges for allegedly using her position to propagate false information. The senator also sued Uson for allegedly violating the code of ethics for continuing to <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/09/07/17/mocha-uson-under-fire-for-performing-at-casino-hotel">perform in shows</a> despite her public position. Uson initially refused to answer Aquino&#x27;s question by citing her right against self-incrimination.But Sen. Grace Poe, the Senate committee on public information and mass media chair, said the privilege may not be raised since the question does not implicate her in any criminal activity.&quot;Hindi naman incriminating &#x27;yan dahil it is not a crime.
