It&#x27;s not easy to be a DFA official. Becoming an FSO officer is very difficult, you have to go through a lot of exams and those people are very professional,&quot; Lacierda said.&quot;To say that the DFA needs him more than he needs DFA... Maybe the second part is true, &#x27;I don&#x27;t need DFA.&#x27; But to say that the DFA needs him more? Nobody&#x27;s indispensable in government,&quot; he added.Lacierda was referring to a statement made by Nieto in Wednesday&#x27;s Senate probe on the proliferation of &quot;fake news,&quot; wherein &quot;Thinking Pinoy&quot; was told that he should be careful on what he posts on social media given that he is already working for the government.The blogger said his work for the government does not strip him of his <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/10/04/17/i-am-entitled-to-free-speech-blogger-defends-social-media-posts" target="_blank">right to free speech</a>, and stressed that his consultancy work with the DFA is not considered as government service, based on a Civil Service Commission resolution.&quot;Parang alila lang kami dun. We are only given P12,000. It&#x27;s not even enough to pay for taxi. It&#x27;s just that DFA needs me more than I need them and I want to help the government succeed. Hindi ako nagyayabang,&quot; Nieto told senators.
