CAGAYAN - Para sa pinakamataas na opisyal ng pulisya, dapat nang kumilos ang mga pulis upang bantayan ang kapwa pulis. Sa pagbisita ni Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief, Director General Ronald dela Rosa sa 116th Police Service Anniversary ng Police Regional Office 2, kaniyang hinimok ang mga pulis na magkaroon ng &quot;culture of kuyog&quot; laban sa mga tiwaling pulis at maging mas mapagmasid sa iligal na gawain ng kanilang mga kasamahan.&quot;As I have been saying before, magkakaroon tayo ng culture of kuyog.
