We are changing the city&#x27;s culture.)Several cities in Metro Manila have been enforcing the ban since 2016.Under the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority&#x27;s truck ban, cargo trucks are not allowed to pass through the Ortigas Business District from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. every day except Sundays and holidays.Those who disregard the ban are fined P2,000.
