Nonile Arile made the claim as he identified the supposed masterminds and coddlers of the multi-million peso drug ring inside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP). Protektor niya ang mga PDEA sa Quezon City,” the witness said of Sy. ABS-CBN News is trying to reach Roces for a comment. Aside from Roces, other sexy stars and starlets were also constant visitors of high-profile inmates Jaybee Sebastian and Herbert Colanggo, Arile added. He said prison officials and guards turned a blind eye on the inmates&#x27; celebrity visitors because they are both multi-millionaires. He also described Sebastian as “untouchable” due to his alleged bribes to former Justice Secretary and now Senator Leila de Lima, and former Justice Undersecretary Francis Baraan. Arile also named the other alleged “big fish” running the state prison’s multi-million peso drug ring, including Ben Marcelo, Sam Li Chua, Peter Co, Willy Yang, Robert Lee, Willy Ang, Jackson Lee, and aliased “Tom” and “Tatay Angste.” Arile said he started working as an asset of Criminal Investigation and Detection Group&#x27;s police Senior Superintendent Jerry Valeroso in 2014.
