<p>MAYNILA - Inihayag ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte nitong Huwebes na ipinag-utos raw niya sa kaniyang mga opisyales na huwag unahin ang Davao, ang kaniyang hometown, sa paglalaanan ng mga pondo para sa proyekto ng pamahalaan.</p><p>Binitawan ni Duterte ang pahayag nang pasinayaan ang Bicol International Airport sa Daraga, Albay.</p><p>“One of the things na disappointed ang mga taga-Davao, because sinabi ko sa lahat, sa Cabinet, the funds, walang political alignments, walang political color, it will be distributed equally,&quot; aniya. </p><ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/10/02/21/duterte-announces-retirement-from-politics">Duterte announces ‘retirement from politics’</a></li></ul><p>&quot;But there was one caveat na sinabi ko kay Art.
