Sadly, there has been a delay of almost a year, and we are now in the fourth quarter of 2023,&quot; Basas said.The distribution of the rice may have been delayed because of missing paperwork, Jonathan Yazon, manager of NFA&#x27;s Operations Coordination Department, said.Among the documents that might be needed are acknowledgement receipts. those granting special power of attorney and other forms that beneficiaries need to sign.
