PAGASA added that tropical cyclone warning signal #1 was possible over the rest of Bicol region either tonight or Friday morning.&quot;Karen&quot; was expected to be at 25 kms northeast of Catarman, northern Samar on Friday and 95 kms northeast of Virac, Catanduanes on Saturday.The weather bureau said Karen was packing maximum sustained winds of up to 55 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 70 kph.There was also an estimated rainfall amount of moderate to heavy within the 300-km diameter of the tropical depression.Karen was expected to exit the Philippine area of responsibility on Tuesday (October 18).
