A jeepney lost its brakes while going down a hill in Zamboanga City, injuring 14 people, with 7 of them in critical condition.
ZAMBOANGA CITY - Fourteen people were injured, with 7 of them in critical condition, after a jeepney lost its brakes while going down a hill in this city before noon on Monday.
Initial reports say the passengers were on their way to "magpama-ap," a Muslim tradition where the family of a boy asks for forgiveness to the family of his beloved after eloping.
