MANILA - The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has ordered the suspension of all Cessna planes of a flight school following Friday&#x27;s deadly crash in Ilocos Sur.In a memorandum issued on Tuesday, CAAP ordered the suspension of all C-172M aircraft of the Leading Edge International Aviation Academy Inc. based in San Fernando City, La Union.&quot;In connection with the incident involving one of your C-172M trainer aircraft with Registration Number RP-C7838 that crashed on October 21, 2016 near Vitales Resort near Vigan, Ilocos Sur, this Authority hereby suspends the operation of all your C-172 aircraft,&quot; the CAAP memorandum signed by Capt.
