<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2017/news/10/31/rainfall.jpg?ext=.jpg"/></figure></div><p>MANILA <strong>(UPDATED)</strong> - State weather bureau PAGASA on Wednesday midnight issued a red rainfall warning over five provinces due to a low pressure area (LPA).</p><p>In a rainfall warning issued at 12 a.m., PAGASA said serious flooding and landslides threaten Catanduanes, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur in Bicol Region and Oriental Mindoro and Marinduque in MIMAROPA Region.</p><p>PAGASA also said the provinces of Albay and Sorsogon and Burias Island may experience light to moderate rains.</p><p>In its 4 p.m. advisory on Tuesday, PAGASA said the LPA was spotted 60 kilometers south-southwest of Masbate City.</p><p>It is set to bring light to moderate with occasional heavy rains in Aurora, Quirino, Quezon, Visayas, and Bicol region.</p><p>Strong winds and occasional heavy rains due to localized thunderstorms are expected over Mindanao and Palawan. </p><p>Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience cloudy skies with light rains.</p><div class="fb-post" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/PAGASA.DOST.GOV.PH/posts/1443208455789059" data-width="auto"><script src="https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&amp;version=v2.5" async="" type="text/javascript"></script><div class="fb-post" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/PAGASA.DOST.GOV.PH/photos/a.302759263167323.64041.302746419835274/1443332135776691/?type=3&amp;theater" data-width="auto"> </div></div>
