Hindi sya magpabili ng armas? eh karaming de bomba dito,&quot; he said.</p><p>Duterte earlier tasked military officials to look into the <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/focus/10/07/16/defense-chief-sees-difficulties-with-arms-made-in-china-russia"><strong>possible procurement</strong></a> of weapons from <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/09/13/16/duterte-deals-with-china-russia-in-the-pipeline"><strong>Russia and China</strong></a>.</p><p>&quot;Remember what the Russian diplomat said? &#x27;Come to Russia.
