MANILA - Lawmakers who proposed amendments to the 2020 budget should bare the changes they made, Sen. Panfilo Lacson said Tuesday, a day after he alleged that billions-worth of projects were &quot;parked&quot; in the National Expenditure Program.Making the amendments public would dispel suspicion that the amendments were made to insert pork, or funds that would benefit individuals instead of institutions, Lacson said in an interview on radio DZBB.&quot;We should make everything public. That includes all amendments we submit, whether institutional or individual,&quot; he said.&quot;Most if not all lawmakers have their own websites.
