Allacapan town road in Cagayan 'impassable' due to flooding: officials

<p>MANILA - The Civil Defense bureau in Cagayan Valley advised motorists to avoid Bangag-Magapit Road in Allacapan town due to flooding on Wednesday.</p><p>The agency said the road was &quot;impassable to all types of vehicles.&quot;</p><div><script src="https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&amp;version=v2.5" async="" type="text/javascript"></script></div><div class="fb-post" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/CivilDefenseR2/posts/2488466448077585" data-width="auto"> </div><p>Aside from Cagayan, PAGASA earlier said moderate rains were being experienced over Abra and Apayao.</p><p>Affected residents are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards. </p><p>Residents along mountain slopes are also advised to watch out for possible landslides and flash floods.</p>
