Cotabato City Mayor Cynthia Sayadi, in a Facebook video, said she was suspending classes in all levels in the city to give way to the inspection of school buildings.

The earthquake struck at 9:22 p.m. at about 8 kilometers northwest of Kadingilan town with a depth of 5 kms.
