MANILA - President Rodrigo Duterte on Friday said he believes that Pastor Apollo Quiboloy stopped one of the deadly quakes that jolted parts of Mindanao, after the latter &quot;told it to stop.&quot;&quot;I believe in Pastor Quiboloy.
