Hindi ba nagtataka ang hudikatura na may factory of warrants sa isang hurisidksyon? Ang mga targets nito halos ganun na lang ang pattern,&quot; according to Bayan Muna Rep. Carlos Zarate during Makabayan bloc&#x27;s press conference. </p><p>(Isn&#x27;t the judiciary wondering why there is a factory of warrants in one jurisdiction? The targets fall under the same pattern.)</p><p>On Thursday, incidentally International Human Rights Day, police arrested trade union organizers Dennise Velasco, Mark Ryan Cruz, Romina Raiselle Astudillo, Jaymie Gregorio, Joel Demate, and Rodrigo Esparago, and journalist Lady Ann Salem after allegedly finding firearms and explosives in their homes. </p><ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/12/11/20/journalist-inaresto-sa-pagtatago-umano-ng-armas-sa-bahay-sa-mandaluyong">Journalist inaresto sa pagtatago umano ng armas sa bahay sa Mandaluyong</a></li></ul><p>The Makabayan bloc said all warrants came from Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 89 helmed by Judge Cecilyn Burgos-Villavert.</p><p>&quot;Ang isang nakakabahala ay kung paano wine-weaponize &#x27;yung sistemang hudikatura para gamitin sa manggagawa, aktibista, ordinaryong mamamayan... Nababahala kami dahil paulit-ulit na yung warrant of arrest at search warrants ay nag-e-emanate lamang sa Metro Manila sa isang judge lang, si Judge Villavert,&quot; said Bayan Muna Rep. Ferdinand Gaite. </p><p>(It&#x27;s worrisome how the justice system is being weaponized against laborers, activists, ordinary citizens.
