Gen. Jose Niembra revealed Wednesday.&quot;He (Duterte) has plans to go around Metro Manila on a motorcycle,&quot; Niembra told reporters.While possible, Niembra said the PSG would advise Duterte to ride his motorcycle in a &quot;secured, controlled area.&quot;&quot;Ito ang passion niya kasi. Ito ang hilig niya. Ang sabi nga niya, he will live and die with a motorcycle kasi sabi niya mas mabuti pang [ma]matay siyang nakamotor kaysa mamatay siyang nakahiga.
