MANILA - The father of the Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) junior high school student who was caught on video punching and kicking his schoolmate is not a police officer, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Oscar Albayalde told reporters Monday.

“Sana itong mga bully na ito turuan ng mga magulang ng good manners and right conduct. Ito rin siguro ang isang nakakalungkot kung bakit sa mga schools ay wala na 'yung subjects na GMRC. When we were young merong subject na ganyan. Respect for the elders lalo na,” Albayalde said.

Based on PNP monitoring, Albayalde said around 75 social media accounts were registered under the name of the Ateneo student involved in the bullying incident.
