We&#x27;ve already removed uprooted tree trunks from the roads but we&#x27;re hesitant to clear electric posts because this may worsen the ongoing power outage,&quot; Bichara told DZMM. </p><p>Typhoon Nina hammered Luzon island on Christmas Day, leaving a <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/12/26/16/floods-power-outages-in-nina-christmas-onslaught">trail of flooding and power outages</a>.
