MANILA - Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Oscar Albayalde on Thursday ordered the revocation of the firearms licenses and the confiscation of guns owned by an Iloilo representative and a mayor who &quot;manhandled&quot; and threatened a policeman earlier this week.Iloilo Rep. Richard Garin and his father, incumbent Guimbal Mayor Oscar Garin, are &quot;ineligible to own and possess guns&quot; as their permits to carry firearms and license to own firearms are cancelled effective December 27,2018, Albayalde said in a statement.Rep.
