The blaze that shuttered the park since October was caused by an electrical problem, BFP Spokesperson Senior Supt. Gerandie Agonos told ABS-CBN News. An investigator earlier said evidence, including &quot;gasoline in an area where it should not be&quot;, pointed to arson.
