<p>MANILA (UPDATE) - The Philippines will no longer file a diplomatic protest against Turkey as its envoy in Manila took &quot;swift response&quot; on issues raised over its engagement with the Bangsamoro. </p><p>&quot;Aborted. Swift response from the Turkish ambassador. All cleared up,&quot; said Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. in a tweet early Friday evening.</p><p>Locsin tweeted a photo of his meeting with Turkish Ambassador to the Philippines Artemiz Sümer and described the meeting as cordial. </p><blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p dir="ltr" lang="en">I met w/ Turkish Amb. Artemiz Sümer to clear up the misunderstanding. We both agreed to continue to coordinate all engagements with BARMM together. I reaffirmed to my good friend Amb.
