<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="https://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2017/news/10/31/rainfall.jpg"/></figure></div><p>MANILA - State weather bureau PAGASA late Friday issued an orange rainfall warning over Southern Quezon due to rains brought by tropical depression Usman and the northeast monsoon.</p><p>PAGASA said flooding is threatening in low-lying and near river channel areas, where 15 to 30 millimeters of intense rain will observed in 1 hour and is expected to continue in the next 2 hours.</p><p>Light to moderate rains will, meanwhile, affect Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Northern Quezon and Bulacan in the next 2 to 3 hours.</p><p>PAGASA advised residents and disaster officials to take appropriate actions, monitor the weather condition and watch for the next advisory at 2 a.m. Saturday.</p><div><strong>Visit the <a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/weather">ABS-CBN Weather Center</a> for the latest weather updates.</strong></div>
