Elena Road, the local unit of the Department of Public Works and Highways said Monday.The road was damaged, had road slips and eroded shoulders after enduring landslides and flooding, the District Engineering Office of the DPWH office in Camarines Norte said in an advisory.Dagook Bridge in Labo town was also closed to traffic, it said.Weather system Usman has weakened into a low-pressure area, but the rains persisted. The continuous pour over the last few days inundated parts of the Bicol region.
