Imee Marcos believes the more proper move is to endorse the drug war cases to the DOJ or to the courts instead of Congress holding hearings into the matter.</p><p>&quot;Unang una dapat para sa akin dalhin na sa korte yan, di naman kami marunong, di naman kami pwedeng manghatol... Di naman ako maghuhusga,&quot; Marcos explained.</p><p>The move for the Senate to conduct its own drug war probe was floated following several exposés from the House Quad Committee accusing former President Rodrigo Duterte, Sen. Robert Ace Barbers emphasized that the Senate probe is &quot;crucial for uncovering the truth about the drug war operations.&quot;</p><p>&quot;Suportado namin itong panawagan ni Sen. Hontiveros na ipursige ang Senate Committee of the Whole investigation sa EJKs ng drug war ng nakaraang administrasyon.
