Sa palagay ko dapat may tatayo talaga to really complain against this gross violation of the Constitution. Gen. Reynaldo Reyes of the AFP, Maj. Gen. Wilfredo Franco, and Brig. Gen. Noel Delos Reyes of the PNP, and Col.
