MMDA suspends number coding due to Typhoon Nika

<p>MANILA — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority has suspended the Expanded Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program or number coding scheme on Monday in anticipation of bad weather brought by Typhoon Nika.</p><p>The number coding scheme is implemented along certain roads across Metro Manila.
