MANILA — Moderate to heavy traffic was observed Sunday evening in major expressways going to Metro Manila as Undas break ends.

The increase in volume in motorists is to be expected as both work and school resumes Monday (November 4, 2024) after the Undas long break, officials from NLEX, SCTEX, and SLEX said in TeleRadyo Serbisyo's Story Outlook.

Other than the surge in travelers, minor road accidents were also recorded in SLEX which caused some of the congestion felt in some parts of the expressway.
