It has maximum winds of 150 kph and gustiness up to 205 kph and is moving westward at 15 kph.It will be out of the PAR this afternoon or evening.Meanwhile, a cloud cluster east of the country has formed into a Low Pressure Area at 2 a.m. Friday.It may enter the Philippine area of responsibility Friday evening or Saturday morning.It has low chance of developing into a tropical depression in the next 24 hours.
