Iyong iba naman, upon assessment, may suicidality talaga... If it&#x27;s high risk, of course, we will encourage emergency room na iyan. Iyon ang psycho-social support,&quot; she added.Ongoco said it is important to resolve mental health issues, as these manifest on one&#x27;s physical health. &quot;Ang most common reason na nakaka-affect ng health natin is stress... Sa stress na iyon, it can lead to different behavioral signs such as irritability, bugnutin o mabilis magalit. Physical signs, such as headache or masakit ang tyan. Emotional signs, naa-anxious siya or nagiging depressed ang mood niya at that time. And even cognitive signs, such as nagkakaroon siya ng confusion or difficulty remembering things,&quot; she explained.She added the problem could be serious if it already affects one&#x27;s functionality. <div>HEARTACHES AND SELF-CARE</div>Teenager Lawrence Seña&#x27;s first love brought him heartbreak, that&#x27;s why, for now, he does not want to love again.&quot;Nadala na... And kailangan ma-correct immediately,&quot; shared Health secretary Ted Herbosa. This is why experts highlight the importance of talking about mental health issues to avoid worsening, or even prevent them. For Ongoco, simply checking in on loved ones helps save lives. Stress management could also help.&quot;Siguro ang pinakamadali at kayang-kaya gawin is iyong &#x27;12 S&#x27;s of Stress Management,&#x27; which is applicable to any of us... Spirituality, Sleep, Self-awareness, Socials, Stretching and relaxation exercises, even iyong Smiling... Speaking to someone, Stress debriefing, Sounds and sights... Scheduling kung anong kailangan natin gawin for the day... Sports... Sensation, iyong massage,&quot; she said.The health expert also explained that seeking professional help does not automatically mean being prescribed medication.Meantime, Herbosa is optimistic that a show of support does wonders. &quot;Ito ay isang problema ng emotional at mental resilience. Marami ang heartbroken during times of holidays… Usually iyan temporary lang. All you need is to have support - psychosocial support - either from friends, family, and professionals kung talagang hindi makaya.
