<p>Sex reassignment surgery or the decision of a spouse to change gender should be grounds for divorce, an author of the divorce bill said Thursday. </p><p>Gabriela party-list Rep. Arlene Brosas noted homosexuality is already one of the ground for legal separation. </p><p>&quot;Kasi there are transgenders. Kapag nagkaroon ng sex reassignment, iba na &#x27;yung kanilang gusto. Mag fo-fall din siya doon,&quot; she said in a TeleRadyo Serbisyo interview.</p><p>House Bill 9349 seeking to legalize divorce in the Philippines has been elevated to the plenary of the House of Representatives.</p><p>Albay 1st District Rep.
