Edwin Olivarez seeks to allow pets to be transported in public utility vehicles (PUV) in the Philippines.Under the proposal, pet owners shall be allowed to bring their pets in PUVs on the following conditions:• The pets are inside carriers/cages placed at the designated animal compartment of the PUV, should there be other passengers inside the PUV.
