MANILA -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) has recorded more than a dozen deaths during Holy Week, as of March 30.

Among the affected regions, Region 4A saw the highest number of fatalities, with 7 deaths reported.

Meanwhile, two fatalities and one injury were recorded in vehicular incidents in Region 3, and two more were injured in a vehicular incident in Region 5.
