But outside the lagoon, they do let us fish.)</p><p>Presidential Adviser on Maritime Concerns Andres Centino, a former armed forces chief, said the government continues to ensure the welfare of fishermen, but that this is an inter-agency effort.</p><p> &quot;Sama-sama tayong tutulong, hindi lang sa security aspect. It has to complement, it cannot be done by one agency alone,&quot; Centino said.</p><p> (We should all help, not just in the security aspect.)</p>
