MANILA — The House of Representatives on Monday expressed its profound condolences to the family of Cavite 4th District Representative Elpidio Barzaga Jr., who died last April 27.

Close kami. ‘Yung may bahay niya si Mayor Jenny, kausap ko kaninang umaga lang. Nasa US pa rin siya. Ginagawa ‘yung documentations na kailangan ibalik ‘yung yumaong congressman dito sa Piipinas,” House Speaker Martin Romualdez said in a press briefing.
