MANILA — The Supreme Court has kicked off its caravan on the pilot implementation of the Office of the Regional Court Manager or ORCM in La Union, in an effort to remove administrative work from lower courts so they can focus on court proceedings.

Under the modernization program of the Office of the Court Administrator, the ORCM shall decentralize and improve the delivery of administrative services to first and second-level courts by establishing regional offices.
