A few weeks later, Roby Johnson told police he started testing his coffee.</p><div><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/overseas/10/14/23/new-video-released-in-case-of-fil-am-accused-of-poisoning-husband">Home surveillance video released in case of Arizona Fil-Am accused of poisoning husband</a></div><p>Johnson was arrested in August and was indicted on first-degree attempted murder.</p><p>Aside from jail time, the Fil-Am was also given a fine of $150,000 and at least three years&#x27; probation under the plea agreement.</p><p>Her sentencing hearing is scheduled on May 10.</p>
