Kung makakuha kami ng kopya nitong reklamo, magka-counter charge po kami sa Ombudsman at Commission on Human Rights,&quot; Mar Valbuena said on TeleRadyo Serbisyo&#x27;s Story Outlook.</p><p>The QCPD earlier announced that it filed a complaint against Valbuena and two others for the said protest.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/2024/5/11/qcpd-files-raps-vs-manibela-chair-2-others-over-protest-outside-house-1341">READ: QCPD files raps vs Manibela chair, 2 others over protest outside House</a></div><p>Manibela, however, said they could not respond to the complaint yet since they haven&#x27;t received an copy of it.</p><p>&quot;Wala pa kaming natatanggap na kahit anong reklamo kasi hindi namin alam kung saan ba nila ito inadress. Baka nililigaw kami. Mayroon din kaming constitutional rights na pwede kaming mag-assemble, mayroon kaming freedom of speech,&quot; he said.</p><p>&quot;Sabi din ng kapulisan noong nandoon kami sa [protest], karapatan natin &#x27;yun. Tapos kinasuhan na kami. Ano po ba ang tama dito? Napipilitan lang ba kayo? May nagu-utos lang ba sa inyo? Lahat po ba ng klase ng protesta ay kinakasuhan ninyo o selective lang,&quot; he added.</p><p>When asked why they did not apply for a permit to protest outside the House of Representatives, Valbuena said it was futile to do so since they believe no permits will still be given anyway.</p><p>&quot;Nagbibigay po ba sila ng permit sa dami ng in-apply natin noong mga nakaraan? Hindi naman po diba? Hindi naman po sila nagbibigay ng permit kahit anong rally po,&quot; Valbuena said.</p><p>He also questioned why the QCPD filed raps against them for protesting since they did not experience this when they protested in other cities.</p><p>&quot;Sino po kaya ang nag utos nito at bakit sa QCPD lamang po tayo hinaharang?
